Leak Detection

We are approved by Mittel & Stateview to use their Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) equipment for moisture and leak detection in district-heating networks. We also use infra-red & acoustic detection equipment. Our services include:

Continuous Monitoring

Establish baseline signatures during installation and take regular measurements to spot deviations and moisture ingress early.

Existing-System Surveys

Connect the TDR to leak-detection wires to monitor older networks and plan preventative maintenance instead of costly emergency repairs.

Diagnostics & Drawings

Create accurate pipe-route drawings using infrared detection, cable-avoidance tools and ground-penetrating radar, and map leak-detection wiring for future monitoring.

Emergency Response & Health Checks

Locate suspected leaks quickly, using a combination of TDR, infra-red and acoustic detection equipment to carry out status reports before system acquisition and advise on long-term asset health.
